RH Collective x Hanesie - Give Yourself Grace Collaborative Line

Some words from Renny Hunter, founder of RH Collective

“I was speaking on my first panel back in February, when the host asked us "What is one piece of practical advice you'd give someone starting out or struggling on their journey?"

My answer: The one piece of advice that has helped me the most is just giving yourself grace. I think we forget that as humans we were not designed to work 100% efficiently 100% of the time..."

A handful of people came up to me after the speaking portion of the nights' event and all of them brought it back to "giving yourself grace," it was then that I got the idea to propose a collaboration with Hanesie!

Ellie & I started working on the concept for the G.Y.G. collab by February 21st, throughout the process of creating this line I'd often have to remind Ellie to give herself and us grace... because it's just so easy to put unnecessary pressures on ourselves that in reality slows us down! That's the point of this line and every other line Hanesie creates, reminders that we ALL need from time to time! And now here we are - April 27th, not even 2 full months later!”

“It happens that Renny and I were both speaking at our first panel together a couple months back. We started talking right after our speeches and immediately realized that we both were mental health advocates, and also just going to be great friends.”

When she presented the idea of a collaboration, I was so touched. With her social media expertise and creative mind, we were able to found a line together that is not only dazzling, but also purposeful.

A lot of the times us humans rush through life. Every day we worry, stress, and dwell. “give yourself grace” is a sign that you are more than your anxiety, and you deserve to feel at peace, no matter what is happening in the current moment. Reminding yourself to take time to heal, and to honor your own journey. Grant any time you need, fall sometimes but never completely down. Allow grace to flow through your life. Forgive yourself often.
